This is the board for prompt writing. How does prompt writing work? It's simple: someone creates a thread by posting an idea, a first line, or a prompt.
Some examples:
"You wake up stranded on a desert island."
"Bobby's life was fairly normal until the Fire Nation attacked."
"Write a poem about someone you couldn't live without."
People then reply with their best creations!
A few rules:
1. All threads must begin with a "prompt", a jumping-off point. This can be a simple imperative statement, the first line or paragraph, or maybe just a photo or a few key words. It cannot be, however, the full story.
2. Replying to prompts with irrelevant/off-topic posts is not allowed.
3. This is not a request board. Don't post a detailed outline of a story and then ask someone else to write it for you.
